1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PharmaSkin Aesthetics services, treatments, website, and products. By booking an appointment, using our services, or visiting our website/ social media platforms, you agree to these terms in full.

 

Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree, please refrain from using PharmaSkin Aesthetics services until an agreement has been reached.

3. Client Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to receive any PharmaSkin Aesthetics treatments.

Clients must complete a consultation and medical history form before receiving any new treatment.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if a client is deemed unsuitable based on clinical, medical or any other reasonable grounds, including our zero-tolerance policy for abuse of any PharmaSkin Aesthetics staff. 

 

4. Consultations

All new clients are required to attend a consultation before any new treatment or in the case of any significant change in their medical history.

A consultation fee will be charged separately and may be included in the treatment offer, depending on the treatment type and/or promotional offer.

 

Consultation does not guarantee treatment on the same day.

 

5. Medical Information and Consent

You must provide complete and accurate information regarding your medical history, allergies, medications, and conditions.

You must inform us of any changes to your health or medications before each appointment.

All treatments require informed consent, signed before the procedure.

You have the right to refuse or withdraw consent at any stage. Planned treatments or treatments in progress at point of consent withdrawal are chargeable in line with PharmaSkin Aesthetics refund policy.

 

6. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your appointment.

Deposits are deductible from the final treatment cost.

Full payment settlement is required on the day of treatment, ahead of the treatment commencing.

We accept the following Payment Methods: credit/debit card, or direct bank transfer to sort code 04-00-03 Bank account 32125078.

Prices are subject to change and will be communicated in advance of starting any treatment and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

 

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are chargeable at 100% of the total treatment cost.

"No-show" appointments will be charged at full price.

On the rare occasion of PharmaSkin Aesthetics cancelling an appointment due to staff illness or emergencies, appointments will be deferred to a time of mutual agreement unless cancelled. In these circumstances, a full refund will be administered in the eventuality of a PharmaSkin Aesthetics cancellation. 

 

8. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment.

Late arrivals may result in shortened or cancelled appointments, with charges still applicable.

 

9. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds on treatments, due to the clinical nature of services.

Refunds will not be provided for last-minute changes of mind.

Refunds on all / pre-paid treatment packages are refundable at 75% up to three weeks' cancellation before treatment, 50% of the cost up to 2 weeks before the treatment, 25% up to 48 hours before treatment and non-refundable thereon. 

We do not refund products that are not manufactured by PharmaSkin in the eventuality of faulty or damaged goods. 

Any adverse effects must be reported within 72 hours of treatment where PharmaSkin will follow the health and safety protocol for adverse reactions to treatment which may include referral to NHS services if required. 

 

10. Results Disclaimer

Results may vary between individuals based on age, lifestyle, skin condition, and other health factors.

We provide realistic expectations based on clinical expertise.

No guarantees can be made regarding desired outcome, longevity, or effectiveness of any treatment.

 

11. Children and Pets

Due to health and safety reasons, children under 16 and pets are not permitted within the PharmaSkin Aesthetics clinic.

If you arrive with a child or pet, your appointment may be cancelled and charged accordingly.

 

12. Promotions, Vouchers, and Discounts

Promotions and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless specified.

Vouchers are valid for the period stated and must be presented at time of booking.

Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

 

13. Confidentiality and Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential in line with GDPR and data protection laws.

Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent.

14. Photography and Social Media

Before and after photos may be taken for clinical documentation purposes.

Photos will only be used for marketing with your explicit written consent.

We will never publish or share your identity or likeness without permission.

 

15. Liability and Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver safe, high-quality care, no treatment is without risk.

By undergoing treatment, you acknowledge that you have been fully informed of any risks, side effects, and alternatives.

PharmaSkin Aesthetics is not liable for any outcomes arising from incomplete disclosure of medical history, failure to follow aftercare advice, or use of non-prescribed substances.

 

Our practitioners are insured and trained to deliver treatments within their scope of practice.

 

16. Complaints Policy

We aim to resolve complaints quickly, fairly, and confidentially.

If you are dissatisfied, please raise concerns promptly with the treating practitioner or management.

Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via email or post within 5 working days from point of treatment.

We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond in full within 14 working days.

 

17. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All website content, logos, images, and branding belong to PharmaSkin and must not be copied or reused without written permission.

Unauthorised use of this website, hacking, or misuse of our content is strictly prohibited.

 

18. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will signify acceptance of the updated terms.

 

19. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK regulations and law.
